Terms of online shopping

You can order or buy a product or more of them as a Guest, without prior registration, or you can register by filling out an already prepared registration form.

If you are shopping as a Guest, it will be necessary to fill in fields such as Name and Surname, Address, City, Postal Code, Telephone, e-Mail address.

When you find the product you want to order, click on its image or on the "Add to cart" button if you want to buy immediately, and you can also use the + or - button to increase or decrease the desired quantity, and then click on the "Add to cart" button to add the product to your cart.

Immediately after that, in the upper right corner you will see your shopping card and the number of products in it.

Click on the shopping cart button to see details such as the quantity and price of the product you intend to buy.

If you are satisfied with the contents of your basket, click on the "Order" button.

On the next page you will be shown all the necessary details, fill in the required fields, choose the method of payment and delivery (free of charge for the amount of the shopping card over 5,000.00 RSD)

The last thing you need to definitely order your products is: - click on the "Pay now" button if you pay by credit card (click only once) or - click on the "Confirm" button if you are paying by "After picking up the goods" or "By bank transfer" if you are a B2B partner.

After that, your purchase order has been successfully created.

If the ordered goods are available and ready for delivery, our operator will contact you within no more than one working day from the moment of receipt of the purchase order to verify the correctness of your data and confirm the purchase order.

The current status of your order is "Received".

You can check the status of your order through your account on the site or directly by clicking on the "Status of your order" button.

All prices listed on the site are final on the day of the order and include VAT.

All prices are given in dinars or in Euro.

After concluding the order on the site, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation.

This email contains your information, which you left when ordering.

Only after the delivery of the confirmation by Mass Company doo to the consumer's mail, the sales contract is considered concluded.

In case we are not able to confirm the order and conclude the contract, you will be notified.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).

The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies.

The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction.

As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.

Also, Mass Company doo does not guarantee that all stated data regarding the product or the image are 100% accurate, complete, reliable and error-free.

If the product you bought deviates from the data listed on the site, you can return it in an unused condition with the complete documentation that came with it within 15 days from the day of delivery of the product, and we will refund your money.

The products you order via the Internet can be delivered through a courier service with which Mass Company doo cooperates, and you pay for the services of the courier service directly when picking up the goods.

For all orders whose value is less than 5,000 RSD, the delivery costs are borne by the buyer.

For orders whose value is equal to or greater than 5,000 RSD, delivery is free.

On the product page, in the upper part of the price, the condition of the product is clearly indicated.

If the product is available for purchase, it will be marked "In stock".

The ordered product / products that were marked "In stock" at the time of ordering will be delivered to you within a maximum of 1 working day from the date of order confirmation by Mass Company doo.

In the event of extraordinary circumstances, which completely prevent delivery, you will be notified via the contact information you provided to us when registering or ordering the product.

The consumer has no right to delay the delivery of delivery for more than 15 calendar days from the date of ordering, ie once.

If the delivery is delayed longer than the specified deadline, ie if Mass Company doo keeps the products, the Consumer is obliged to pay a fee of 1 euro (in dinars at the middle exchange rate of the NBS) per day for each individual piece of product stored.

When receiving the product delivered by the courier service with two executors, the Consumer is obliged to unpack and visually inspect the product with the persons who deliver the product, in order to make sure that there is physical damage.

If there is physical damage, the Consumer has the right to refuse to accept the product.

Upon delivery, the products are brought into the facility at the customer's address over the threshold, and lowered to a place where they can be unpacked and visually inspected.

When receiving products delivered by the courier service with one executor, they are not inspected on the spot, but the consumer has 24 hours to file a complaint to the courier service.

Access to the place of delivery must be adequate to the dimensions of the packaged product.

Wherever access is not possible, delivery is made to the first free point (in the case of products delivered by a courier service with two executors, unpacking and visual inspection of the product is performed at that point).

NOTE: The person delivering the product does not perform any additional action.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises within 15 days from the date of delivery of the ordered product, without giving a reason.

The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract with a statement that he can give on a special form for withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises, which is delivered to the consumer's mail.

NOTE: This right of withdrawal does not apply to in-store purchases, as it is not a distance and off-premises purchase.

The consumer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 15 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form.

After the expiration of the period of 15 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form, the product can no longer be returned.

The costs of returning the goods in case of withdrawal are borne by the consumer.

The goods are returned to the address listed on the withdrawal form.

It is possible to return only products that are undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation (warranty card, instructions, etc.).

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged.

The consumer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The percentage of damage is determined by an authorized person in Mass Company doo, and the amount returned to the consumer is reduced by the determined percentage.

If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer to such an extent that the product can no longer be sold, the refund will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.

In case of legal withdrawal from the contract, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer without delay the amount paid by the buyer on the basis of the contract, and no later than 14 days from the day when he received the withdrawal form.

The Seller may defer the refund until it receives the returned goods, or until the Buyer provides proof that he has sent the goods to the Seller, whichever comes first.

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards via the Internet, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Mass Company doo is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro methods payments, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

In case of cash payment, the cash is returned to the consumer.
